Joint winner on Channel 4’s Come Dine With Me in 2021, where my "Superfood Stew" shared the winnings.
The 1st time the World saw my water filtration.
Still the only ever vegan mains winner.​
That journey didn't start in a TV studio; it started in 2008 with a simple, unsettling question over a pot of stew:
"What is the most unhealthy ingredient in this meal?"
The answer wasn't the salt or the oil.
It was the water. ​
I realised that if you are boiling organic vegetables in a "chemical cocktail" of municipal tap water, you aren’t eating healthy, you’re just marinating your food in toxins.

I wasn't just looking for a better recipe; I was looking for a way back to myself.

2008
Everything changed
My life direction was changed in a day.
I realised that if I wanted restoration, healing and a new vision, I had to look at the very foundation of life: HEALTH. Nothing else matters.
That simple healthy vegan stew wasn't just a meal; it was my first laboratory.
I realised the water I was using was undoing all my hard work.

13 years later, a private epiphany goes public

That epiphany sparked a journey still travelled.

Back to 2008
I began to study the world of Glycobiology and cell-to-cell communication, learning how the quality of our internal "ocean" dictates our health. Healthy cells make healthy tissues et al. ​
I begain to ask questions of water filtration systems on the market and tried pretty much most of them.
You can eat organic, local, and vegan, but if you boil those ingredients in "toxic" tap water, you've compromised the dish before the first bite.

2019
Exclusive, expert tutorage that allowed me to see water through a scientific lens that most companies ignore.
My guru TC, has passed to me the comprehension of the fundamentals towater treatement, having pioneered innovation since the 1960s and continues to do so.

2021
I began by engineering the "Portable Well"
A system rugged enough to provide safe and chlorine free water at fun-soaked festivals like Medicine, Warm Up, Give, Buddhafields, Green Gathering, Wilderness.

The performances were so compelling, it was clear: this water filter system belongs in the home.

Better than Bottled was achieved with version 3.0, and now comes postcode perfect.
